Wrap up deliciousness this Halloween with our take on Sausage Balls! These Mummy Sausage Balls are perfect to make with the whole family for your holiday festivities.

- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, combine Smoked Country Sausage, cheddar cheese, and 2 cups Biscuit Mix.
- Form mixture into 24 golf sized balls and place onto a baking sheet.
- Combine the remaining Biscuit Mix with buttermilk. Flour your surface and knead until a ball is formed. Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Take a pizza cutter or knife and cut strips of dough.
- Carefully wrap each sausage ball with one strip of dough, forming a mummy pattern.
- Once all sausage balls are wrapped, place into the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and the sausage is cooked through entirely.
- Allow to cool for about 5-10 minutes, then with a squeezable mustard bottle, dot your sausage balls with eyes.
