- Combine Blue Lightnin’ Mixer, blue curacau, and white rum in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until thoroughly mixed then strain into your glass.
- Combine soda water and glitter in a separate container.
- Fill the glass the rest of the way up with glitter water.
- Put three marshmallows in a microwave-safe dish and place in the microwave until they start to puff up a little.
- Take the marshmallows out of the microwave and with your fingers or spoons thinly spread strings of the melted marshmallow over the top of the glass to create a cobweb effect.
