- Combine sugar, pumpkin butter, flour, butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and ½ cup of piggy pecans in a bowl until all ingredients are mixed together.
- Spray a 9x13 inch pan and fill with brownie batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- Once brownies have cooled down enough to touch crumble them with a fork and roll into balls with your hands.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to let set.
- Melt the white chocolate according to directions on package and combine with orange food coloring in a bowl until it reaches the shade of orange you like.
- Use a spoon or chopsticks to roll each brownie ball in the white chocolate mixture until coated and place on parchment paper.
- Stick a piece of a piggy pecan in the top of the truffle to add a stem to your pumpkin truffle!
