Two American food favorites, now combined in a delicious concoction perfect for brunch.

- Preheat a griddle or a pan on medium-low heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Take the bread and spread peanut butter on one slice and Preserves on the other. Close sandwich.
- Take the sandwich and coat all sides in the French toast batter.
- Place coated sandwich on cooking surface and toast until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Plate sandwich by cutting in half and sprinkling with powdered sugar.
- Serve with Maple Syrup and enjoy!
