- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- Butter and flour a 9"x5" loaf pan, ensuring it's well-coated for easy release after baking or line with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, yolks, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth and combined.
- In a separate mixing bowl, sift together the cake flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
- Slowly mix in the butter until the batter becomes lighter in texture and color.
- Gradually add the egg mixture until the eggs are fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan then bake for 40-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Top with powdered sugar and dig on in!
