- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, pepper jack, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, honey, and chopped green onions until well combined.
- Transfer the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Wrap it tightly.
- Place the wrapped cheese ball in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the bacon and pecans, then combine them in a small bowl.
- After chilling, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the bacon and pecan mixture until fully coated.
- Return the coated cheese ball to the refrigerator for 30 more minutes to set.
- Serve chilled to your hungry guests and enjoy!
