Fruit Tea Punch
This refreshing Southern-style punch is a Nashville original that features a flavorful combination of lemon, orange, and cinnamon. Serve it as-is at any luncheon—or get creative and add some pineapple juice and dark rum to liven up the occasion. Cheers!

- Pour 4 cups water into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add tea bag and cinnamon stick, remove from heat, and steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove cinnamon and tea bag. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Stir in orange juice and lemonade.
- Pour mixture into a large pitcher or punch bowl, add remaining 4 cups water, and stir.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint or fruit.
- Suggestions and Alternatives: Replace lemonade concentrate with pineapple or other fruit juice concentrate for an extra fruity variation. To make an adult version, mix fruit tea with dark rum and garnish with orange. Couple the cinnamon stick with 5 whole cloves and some star anise for a spiced fruit tea.
