Country Ham Sweet Potato Hash
Hereβs another recipe to add to your breakfast repertoire. Traditionally served with white or gold potatoes, a hash combines a starch with diced meat and spices and most often comes served with eggs sunny side up. Since sweet potatoes are at their peak in the winter months, we decided to use the orange spuds with ourΒ Country HamΒ in a warm, seasonal breakfast dish that comforts you from the inside out. Hereβs the recipe.
