- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease Cast Iron Skillet with cooking spray or butter.
- Sift or whisk together together flour, Cornmeal Breading, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- To the dry mix, add in melted Butter, Milk and Egg. Mix well.
- Pour batter into Skillet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
