Black-Eyed Peas

Black-Eyed Peas
These Southern-style Black-Eyed Peas, also known as Hoppin’ John, are believed to bring good luck and prosperity to those who eat them on New Year’s Day. We like to serve them with our Loveless Cafe Chow Chow and frankly, would be very happy eating them all year long.
This recipe is featured in our Loveless Cafe Cookbook!
