Biscuit Berry Crumble Cookies

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees, and spray a 12-count mini muffin pan with no-stick spray.
- Whisk your egg then combine with biscuit mix, sugar, salt, and butter until dough starts to form.
- Fill up each muffin tin ¾ of the way with dough and press down to create a space for filling.
- In a bowl combine the strawberry and blackberry preserves.
- Add berry filling evenly in each muffin tin.
- Sprinkle the remaining dough over the berry filling.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the tops begin to turn slightly brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before setting them on a cooling rack.
- Sprinkle all over with powdered sugar and enjoy!
