Piggy Pecan Pumpkin Truffles

Pumpkin season just got sweeter! 🎃 Our Piggy Pecan Brownie Truffles are dipped in white chocolate with a fudgy, pumpkin brownie center— it’s fall flavor perfection in every bite! 🍂🍫

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, pumpkin butter, flour, butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and ½ cup of piggy pecans in a bowl until all ingredients are mixed together.
  2. Spray a 9x13 inch pan and fill with brownie batter.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Once brownies have cooled down enough to touch crumble them with a fork and roll into balls with your hands.
  5. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to let set.
  6. Melt the white chocolate according to directions on package and combine with orange food coloring in a bowl until it reaches the shade of orange you like.
  7. Use a spoon or chopsticks to roll each brownie ball in the white chocolate mixture until coated and place on parchment paper.
  8. Stick a piece of a piggy pecan in the top of the truffle to add a stem to your pumpkin truffle!
